What is a Social Media Audit?

A social media audit is a comprehensive review of all social media accounts and activities of an individual, organization, or brand. It involves analyzing the performance of social media platforms and evaluating their impact on business or personal goals. The audit process helps in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of social media profiles, content, and strategies.

How to Do a Social Media Audit?

  1. Round Up

You need to gather all of your social media profiles, this might include:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Twitter

If your business doesn’t have these profiles, we’d recommend creating one immediately. You don’t have to start posting immediately, but just having these profiles for your business will look favorable in the eyes of Google. All 6 of these profiles have a domain authority of over 90, so having a profile will increase your own website domain authority and local search presence.

  1. Analyze

After rounding up the different profiles your business has on social media, it’s time to crunch the numbers! From likes, comments, shares, impressions, etc, you quite literally need to track all of it. We’d recommend breaking it down like this.

On a google sheet, take the ten most recent posts from each social media profile, and track the:

  • Likes
  • Comments
  • Shares
  • Views/Impressions

Once you have these pieces of data organized nicely in your google sheet, you need to take the average number of likes, comments, shares, and views of each post per each profile. From there, you’ll get an idea of the most effective social media profile for you, based on the last 10 posts and the greatest number of likes, comments, shares, views, etc.

As the saying goes, “numbers don’t lie, people do.” It’s more important than ever to get a feel for how you’re performing to understand how you can do better in the future.

  1. Patterns

This is where the fun and true growth happens! I firmly believe that pattern recognition is one of the best qualities someone can have. Being able to identify a good or bad pattern is something that will help project you in life to have exactly what you want.

The same is true for our social media audit here, if you’re able to recognize patterns in the content you’re putting out there, and being able to say to yourself when looking at the analytics “wow this sucks” or “wow this is incredible” is extremely valuable.

For instance, if you’re a realtor and you’re noticing your best performing content on social media for all 6 profiles is you showing house tours with dynamic shots and music…rather than you dancing funny for a tiktok trend, then maybe it’s time to leave the dancing shoes at home and do more dynamic house tour content.

  1. Set Goals

Once you understand what your goals are for the coming weeks/months/years, you can reverse engineer how you get there. For instance, let’s say you’re at 5,000 followers on Instagram and you made it a goal for you this year to reach 10,000 followers, you need to hit 5,000 new followers this year, which is 417 new followers per month, 104 new followers per week, or 13 new followers per day. Once you break it down to these kinds of numbers, it all becomes easier to hit.

Make a plan, stick to it, and get to work, the world isn’t waiting for you, so you need to push and grow as fast as possible.

  1. Make a Plan to Hit Goals

Now that you understand where you want to go, now it’s time to understand how to get there. Like we talked about last time, it’s very beneficial for you to reverse engineer the situation to put yourself in the best position to reach your goals. Let’s say you need to get 10-15 new followers on Instagram per day, here are some ways to get those followers per day:

Getting 10 new followers on Instagram per day requires a consistent effort and a well-planned strategy. Here are some tips that can help you achieve this goal:

  1. Optimize your Instagram profile: Make sure your Instagram profile is complete, and your bio is attractive, informative, and includes relevant hashtags and keywords.
  2. Post high-quality content regularly: Post visually appealing and engaging content consistently. Use relevant hashtags, geotags, and captions to increase your reach and engagement.
  3. Use Instagram Stories: Post engaging stories regularly to keep your followers engaged and attract new followers.
  4. Engage with your audience: Respond to comments, messages, and tags promptly, and engage with your followers’ content.
  5. Use relevant hashtags: Use relevant and popular hashtags to increase your reach and attract new followers who are interested in your niche.
  6. Collaborate with other accounts: Collaborate with other Instagram accounts in your niche, and cross-promote each other to attract new followers.
  7. Use Instagram Ads: Consider using Instagram Ads to increase your visibility and attract new followers.
  8. Follow relevant accounts: Follow relevant accounts in your niche, engage with their content, and attract their followers to your account.
  9. Host Giveaways: Host giveaways to attract new followers and engage your existing followers.
  10. Use Instagram Insights: Monitor your Instagram Insights regularly to track your progress, identify what’s working and what’s not, and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Social Network for Real Estate

Welcome to another Momentum 360 weekly blog! We hope you had an incredible Merry Christmas and are currently enjoying a great holiday season. In this one, we’ll be discussing how to build a social network for real estate. If this is your first time reading a Momentum 360 blog, welcome aboard!

We aim to provide you with the highest quality content marketing strategies in the world, as we write vigorously for you, our readers, to make sure you’re getting all the information you need to succeed. If this is your second time or more returning to the Momentum 360 blog, we thank you so much for your support! Without you continuing to read blog after blog, we really wouldn’t have one, so thank you so much for continuing to follow us on our journey, let’s make it a great one!

Like the title suggests, in this one, we’ll be discussing everything about social networks for real estate. It’s critically important to surround yourself with high quality people in the real estate industry, whether you’re an investor, realtor, mortgage lender, or what have you.

You need a social network for real estate, whether your profession is a realtor, investor, or what have you. As the saying goes, your network is your net worth, and that’s never been truer in today’s society. So without further ado, let’s get started in teaching you how to create a high quality social network for real estate.

Networking

Social Network for Real Estate

Social Network for Real Estate

This is obvious, yet so many people take it for granted and don’t spend time doing it! Networking is one of the best things you can do to build a higher quality social network. From Eventbrite, MeetUp or your local Facebook/LinkedIn groups, you can find some incredible events in your area. Something else you can do to ensure you’re building your network as time goes on, is to simply invite the higher net worth people to lunch with you, offer them something you’re good at for free and ask for nothing in return. This might seem like a surprise to them, but you’ll be viewed as someone who provides a lot of value to them, so psychologically speaking, they almost feel a need to give you something in return due to the disproportionate value you gave them in the first place.

If you’re able to invite your top 5-10% out to lunch on a weekly/monthly basis, you’ll be surprised to see how fast your network grows just from this slight little trick. Without a person to help introduce you to the new wave of higher level people, it’ll be very difficult for you to do this on your own. Instead, let someone else do the work of introducing you to higher level people, it’ll seem more organic and natural rather than you going to every single networking event and not meeting that many impressive people.

So do yourself a favor and make an effort to have weekly meetups with people in your network to create more wealth and visibility for yourself, your future self will thank you unequivocally.

Branded Content

Social Network for Real Estate

Social Network for Real Estate

This is something that’s getting more popular this year, and will only continue to grow. User branded content is something you can do to establish WHAT you do, WHERE you do it, and WHY you do it. Whether you’re on Instagram, YouTube or what have you, creating content to post to your socials is an extremely easy way to get your message across to your target audience in your area. In most cases, they’ll be reaching out to you, instead of you having to reach out to them. It’s a better situation as this gives you so much more leverage as they know you and your content, and somewhat trust you if they’re messaging you about it.

For Momentum 360, that’s exactly what we did in 2022. For roughly 4-5 days out of the business week, we created content pertaining to what we do (virtual tours and photography), where we do it (Philadelphia and surrounding cities) and why we do it (to help get more conversions online). This resulted in a lot of brand deals and partnerships where we were able to grow our social network for real estate in little time.

If you’re struggling with content creation, hope on a call with my team, where we show you free strategies that you can implement starting today! We also can help you shoot and edit the content as well, but we’d prefer you just use the free strategies for yourself until you can invest more time and money into actually building your brand.

Podcasts

Social Network for Real Estate

Social Network for Real Estate

This is our personal favorite to build a larger social network for real estate. From the comfort of your home or office, you can be interviewed for free on the knowledge that you know in the industry. Matchmaker.fm is one of the most powerful free tools you can use to get free interviews. You have the ability on Matchmaker.fm to quite literally go through different shows pertaining to different topics and location, and pick the best one for you.

We’ve been featured on hundreds of podcasts over the years, so it’s only natural that you and your brand need to do the same to ensure your social network for real estate grows! For example, if you’re a real estate content creator in Philadelphia per say, you want to hop on a podcast obviously talking about content marketing, real estate, topics that you know so well you can provide a lot of valuable information to their audience. Remember, the more value you can bring for free, the more psychologically the person interviewing you/getting to know you deems you as a higher quality person, and will plug you along with many of their personal and professional networks to ensure their network gets more value. Does it make sense to you? Good, let’s move on.

Don’t Be Afraid to Ask

Social Network for Real Estate

Social Network for Real Estate

In today’s day and age, you’re really only one or two people away from getting to the person who can really influence and help your business grow. For example, if you’re an up and coming real estate agent in a major city and you just got your license, it would be in your best interest to work with the best brokerage in town, which for a lot of people, is Keller Williams. So with that being said, you’d be smart to talk to the upper epsilon people in the brokerage, invite them for lunch, give them your time, work for free, to develop a relationship with them. As Gary Vee says, “jab, jab, right hook.” Essentially what this means is to give value, give more value, and then give even more value until you’ve given so much value that the person has no other choice to pay it back to you. This is when you ask, whatever it is, for an introduction to someone new who kills it with sales, maybe something you need help with, or simply just new strategies of the business.

You can implement this same strategy for whatever niche or job profession you’re in, it’s incredibly powerful and allows you to grow just as fast. It’s 2023, now is the time to invest in your social network for real estate. The more people you meet in this business, the more leverage you’ll have to do as you please.

How Much Does Social Media Marketing Cost?

How Much Does Social Media Marketing Cost?

Intro

Welcome boys and girls to another Momentum 360 blog! In this one, we’ll be covering just exactly how much does social media marketing cost? This is a popular topic that we’ve been asked to cover, so today we’re finally going to cover it!

Social media content and marketing services has been something that so many business owners need, but they only try to do it themselves. The reality is that most of the social media stuff these business owners create…well…sucks! A lot of them just don’t know what they’re doing, and are reluctant to hire a true professional who can actually create solid content for their business.

It’s a shame, because learning how much does social media marketing cost is something that’s never been easier to learn about, but so many business owners are just too lazy and don’t care to invest in their business. Whether they don’t have the funds, they don’t believe in social media or whatever the reason is, it’s all excuses. So do yourself a favor, read this blog, learn the cost of social media marketing, and invest in it for your business. It’s showtime!

Scope of Work

Before we actually learn the cost of social media marketing services, we need to understand the scope of work first. That is, the work that we’re actually doing for your company. Without this knowledge, it’s impossible to quote you!

There’s really 3 kinds of social media marketing scopes of work:

Content Creation

  • This includes an on-going service where we come out to your business to take action shots, videos, drone content, etc
  • Momentum 360 can come shoot at location on a weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis
  • This includes post production up to two passes, after these two free editing passes we start charging by the hour to do edits for you

Management

  • This is the service of actually posting to socials, whether on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
  • We recommend posting to Instagram, Facebook, tiktok, YouTube, and as many other social media platforms as possible
  • With our management services, we will be able to analyze your data over a period of time to create a recipe for success based off of the likes, comments and shares your post is getting.

Consulting

  • This service is normally a weekly or monthly call where we take an hour to go through analytics and deliver a custom-solution for your social media
  • There is a 3 month minimum with this, after the three months it can be set to month to month
  • We do not post or create any content for you, we simply give you a general idea of what social media marketing services we’d recommend you pursue.

These three services outline Momentum 360’s social media services to our core.

Objective + Goal

Great! You’ve established which type of service you want us to help you with. The next step is to figure out what your objective is. If you’re the business owner, you need to think about why you’re doing these social media services in the first place. Is it to build a bigger brand? To get more sales? More social media followers? This is the entire purpose of doing this in the first place. Forget finding out how much does social media marketing cost…if you don’t know why you’re doing this in the first place, it won’t make sense at all to start.

Not just a goal, but you need to break it down into little micro goals so that you can keep track of exactly what you need to do, to hit your goal! Let’s use this as an example…if you have a goal with us to get over 10,000 followers in a 3 month period, posting 3 times a week, this is the break down we’ll use to hold ourselves accountable:

Month 1: Goal is 3,333 subscribers posting 12 times this month

Week 1: 3 posts this week, need to gain at least 834 followers per week

Week 2: 3 posts this week, need to gain at least 834 followers per week

Week 3: 3 posts this week, need to gain at least 834 followers per week

Week 4: 3 posts this week, need to gain at least 834 followers per week

Month 2: Total at EOM 1 (3,333), Goal is 3,333 subscribers posting 12 times this month

Month 3: Total at EOM 1 (6,666), Goal is 3,333 subscribers posting 12 times this month

Week 1: 3 posts this week, need to gain at least 834 followers per week

Week 2:3 posts this week, need to gain at least 834 followers per week

Week 3: 3 posts this week, need to gain at least 834 followers per week

Week 4: 3 posts this week, need to gain at least 834 followers per week

End of Campaign: Total at EOM 3 (10,000)

This is the attention to detail that we need to have with our clients in order to create sensational campaigns. Sure, “how much does social media marketing cost” is our topic, but we need to actually create a goal and vision first before we send the quote!

How Much Does Social Media Marketing Cost?

Long-Term Approach

For our social media services, we like to implement a long-term approach with all of our clients. If we’re able to have this type of relationship with you, it ensures that we’re in it for the long haul and can expect to keep growing as time goes on. We prefer this relationship, as many prospects who we talk to expect immediate results, which isn’t the case at all. Results take time, and if you’re getting results that come too fast, it might just be too good to be true.

If you’re a fan of Grant Cardone, you’re most likely to also be a fan of Brad Lea. Brad Lea was taken under Grant Cardone’s mentorship, and is absolutely crushing in his own right on social media and his business as well.

Brad has an incredible quote, it comes from his long-term approach for clients, to ensure that there is growth not only for now, but for the future. He says, “Here is one of my all-time favorite closes. You tell your client they have 3 options, they can do something fast, cheap or good. If you do something fast and good, it won’t be cheap, you can also do something cheap and good, but it won’t be fast, and finally you can do something cheap and fast, but it won’t be good!” Point being, we can’t have things cheap and fast, and it won’t be good. So, we need to implement some patience and understand that good things take time to develop.

If you can understand this philosophy, then we’d be happy to have you be our client!

Pricing

Finally, the question that everyone wants answered. The question of “how much does social media marketing cost” will finally be answered. So on average, for our social media management and marketing clients, we normally charge $1000/mo for a minimum of 3 months, then go month to month. Like we discussed before, we take into account a multitude of variables before even pricing out our services. Why? Because we need to ensure that not only can we make a profit, but we need to ensure that we can provide the very best service that we can!

So there you have it, $1000/mo for a minimum of 3 months, then it’s month to month from there. That’s your answer to how much does social media marketing cost with us.

Once you pass through the portal (it’s all façade, with no depth) you get a spectacular view of a reflecting pool with the small museum building itself at the far end.”

4. Schuylkill Banks Trail

“Our favorite Philadelphia hidden gem is the Schuylkill Banks trail and greenway from Fairmount Dam to South Street Bridge. This three-mile, multi-use section of the 120-mile Schuylkill River Trail runs right through the heart of Center City. Before heading down the trail we recommend a stop at the Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center,” notes Patriot Harbor Lines

5. Wyck Historic House, Garden, and Farm

Wyck Historic House, Garden, and Farm was owned by the Wister and Haines Families who were traditional Quakers. It’s located in the historic Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia.

The rose garden was built in the 1820s and is the oldest rose garden in the United States. It still maintains its original layout. The antique roses are some of the most fragrant when in bloom in the month of May.”

6. Old City neighborhood

Old City boasts historic charm, beautiful cobblestone streets, and stunning views of the Delaware River. It’s best known as the birthplace of American independence.

“We love spending the morning touring the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia,” says Jeremy Vaa, CEO of GL Travel. “Some highlights include the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, and Ben Franklin’s printing press. She also notes that you can’t go wrong with any of their cocktails. Some cocktails to try out include Pimm’s Lagoon which consists of Pimm’s, Hayman’s Gin, cucumber, and lavender as well as Kokomo Vice which is made of Appleton Rum, pineapple, strawberry, and coconut.
