Virtual Tours of The Largest Cities

Great things are happening over here at Momentum. In the past few weeks, we’ve grown all across the United States! This has been our plan all along. It’s nice to see things starting to work out!

As of today, I’m happy to announce that we’ve added 6 new prominent locations in the United States. To date, we have locations in:

  • Miami
  • Los Angeles
  • Boston
  • Brooklyn
  • Chicago
  • Pittsburgh

I’ll be diving into the details of each location. We’re super excited to have these locations in our arsenal now. They’re very popular locations in the US, we know we’re going to crush these locations and help as many people as we can!

Miami

Bienvenidos a Miami! This beautiful city is home to some of the biggest stars in the world. Momentum wanted to service virtual tours in Miami simply because of the pure stardom and glamour. We knew that we could secure some solid properties in Miami. With our Matterport technology, it’s a no brainer. If you Google “Virtual Tours in Miami”, you’ll see Momentum 360 at the top with a 5-star review. Our game plan is to provide virtual tours in Miami to the most luxurious realtors in the city. If we can make this happen, not only will we be a great addition to the real estate company, but it will open the door to other investment opportunities as well.

The other great thing about Miami is they have tremendous sports, including the Miami Heat, Dolphins, Marlins, etc. It’s a future goal of ours to work with these sports teams in any capacity. Whether that’s shooting a small training facility or shooting their entire stadium…we’re setting our sites high on this goal.

As you probably know, Momentum’s services also include Virtual Tours, HD Photography, Videography, Aerial Drone Footage. Now that we’re open for business in Miami, it’s going to be an easy transition. We can’t wait to do business with this great city. Los Angeles

Ah, the city of angels. What could be a better city to shoot virtual tours than in Los Angeles? I’ll tell you…not many!

Just like Miami, this city is home to the biggest stars in Hollywood. If you want to flaunt your wealth and address yourself as a big shot, this is the place for you. With a sprawling coastline, some of the most beautiful real estate in the country, and an overall lavish vibe, Los Angeles is a tough city to break but is so worth the effort.

LA, like Miami, is also home to some of the greatest and most iconic sports teams in the world like the Lakers, 49ers, Angels. If we’re able to work with them in any capacity, that would be fantastic.

Boston

Good ole Beantown. I’ve been hankering to snag a Boston location for quite some time. Now that we have one, I can’t wait to get started. Much like Philadelphia, Boston is one of the most historical cities in all of America, and is a great place to shoot virtual tours as well. We chose Boston not only for its rich history but for the great sports vibe too. Virtual tours in Boston will be an amazing experience for all of our clients. We’re currently in the process of talking with Cambridge Friends School. This would be a great opportunity to start up our business in Boston. For our target market, we’d primarily be targeting luxury realtors, historical buildings, and other amazing places.

Like most of these locations, my partner and I will be investing in the cities in which we do business in. Some of our partners have family members who are realtors in Boston, so when we go to visit we always bring up the conversation of having a location here.

What we ended up doing, like most of our locations on Google, is submitting a virtual address through Google My Business. What this means is that we took one of our partner’s addresses and used it as our business address. Small businesses do this all the time. So we took our digital address and optimized it to rank on Google. Virtual tours in the Boston area will be so popular that your ordinary photos and video just won’t cut it anymore.

Brooklyn

A great borough within NYC. We’ve loved Brooklyn for a while now for its culture and beauty. Brooklyn really is a place of opportunity because despite Manhattan having the biggest reputation of the 5 NYC boroughs, Brooklyn is actually larger in terms of both size and population. Not only that, but Brooklyn is a major scene in terms of innovation. It is the birthplace of teddy bears, the first-ever rollercoaster, the first credit card, and the iconic Nathan’s Famous Hotdogs.

The Momentum Team has been here for business before for numerous digital marketing clients. We also love to come up here to experience the first-class restaurant and bar scene. For this location, we’ll be mostly focusing on luxury real estate, restaurants and retail.

Most of our Philadelphia clients mimic our Brooklyn target market. Because of our vast experience in Philadelphia and how we’ve managed to grow there, this will be a rinse and repeat process.

Chicago

Home of Da Bears, deep-dish pizza, and great sports, glorious Chicago was high on our list of where to take Momentum 360 next. One of the greatest sports cities in America, Chicago has been home to some of American’s finest traditions. The backdrop of the John Hughes’ famous movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off ” of course, this location has been on the minds of the owners for a long time.

We recognize the value that this city brings to its people. With that in mind, we’re so excited to bring our business to Chicago to show off the beauty, culture, history, and overall rich personality of this midwest metropolis. Whether it’s one of the city’s many museums, rich architecture like the Sears Tower, or an iconic tourist spot like the Bean in Millenium Park, this is a city full of opportunity for Momentum 360 and we can’t wait to hit the ground running.

Pittsburgh

The second best city in PA… (sorry Pittsburgh, our owners are from Philadelphia). All joking aside, Pittsburgh has some great features which make it a prominent city. Home to another great sports city, Pittsburgh has become synonymous with winning. From the Steel Curtain, to the Penguins, the “412” has an amazing sports vibe too. Also home to many prominent universities and landmarks, Pittsburgh can’t be understated as having so much opportunity for us to work with.

It was extremely easy for us to choose Pittsburgh as a location. Our virtual tour services in Pittsburgh will add a tremendous amount of value to the city. For our target market, we’ll be keeping in line with our company values and focusing on realtors and small businesses. But if we get a chance to work with the Steelers or the Penguins… you won’t hear us complaining!

The Bottom Line

What separates us from other virtual tour providers is that our Founder Mac Frederick, who used to work at Google, can now help our clients rank on Google.

As you can see from this screenshot below, we were able to rank this client last week for a prominent keyword!

This was a client we actually got in Philadelphia last week. They called us due to the fact that their restaurant has been bogged down by the Coronavirus and haven’t been able to have in-person dine-in.

What we’re doing with all of our new locations is the same exact process. Rinse and repeat. We have a tried and true method of how to not only bring you quality virtual tour content, but to help you rank for it too.

Momentum 360 is proud to support real estate markets in all of our cities as well as small businesses everywhere as we all attempt to keep moving forward in a difficult and often-troubling time. Virtual tours are the future of real estate and we work hard to make tours available for any of your needs.

As always, stay safe and keep washing your hands! These are trying times but people are strong and resilient and we will come out of this.

Here at Momentum 360, we want to make growing your business easier than ever. Investing in a virtual tour is without a doubt an imperative step in making that happen. Our society is prioritizing digital content now more than ever, and we likely will not see a decline in this mindset in the future years.
